For Patients:

If you are a patient interested in our services, you first need to contact your GP or specialist and be referred by them. Mention you’d like to be examined through Global Diagnostics to them and the process of referring is very quick and simple as shown below.

For Referrers (Doctors, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Orthopaedics and other specialists):

If you are a medical professional, requesting an exam is very simple and can be done in one of 2 ways:

• Download and fill in one of the above forms and fax it to +44 (0) 208 405 6331 (We can arrange for a supply of referral forms to be sent to you, please call +44 (0)208 405 6330).
• Alternatively you can email the completed referral form to us at admin@globaldignostics.co.uk

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us on +44 (0) 208 405 6330. We can explain the system to you or organize a visit from one of our Practice Liaison Officers who will be very happy to demonstrate our system to you at your practice.

Remember you can start referring patients immediately, just by completing a referral form, as above. To experience the full benefits of the system, we recommend you allow us to come in for a quick and easy installation of the Global Web Link on your desktop (free to all referrers). The Global Web Link will allow you to log in securely and view your patient report immediately after it has been finalised, usually within 24-48 hours post examination. This report can then be shared and discussed with your patient.
